While studying at UC Berkeley, she took a class on Music and Medicine that changed everything. What started as a personal journey to find calm through sound turned into a daily rhythm of healing—for herself and her kids. Drawing from research, she designed guided sessions using music to nurture focus, calm, and creativity at home.

Now, she’s sharing that journey—with you.
